WHAT YOU’LL DO

Join Chef Mario for a hands-on workshop in making authentic Mexican-style tacos and more.

In this hands-on class, Chef Mario will be your guide as you learn how to master the art of authentic Mexican-style tacos with all the fixings.

You'll begin by learning the foundation of how to construct a true Mexican-style taco as Chef Mario emphasizes the typical ingredients found in Mexican cuisine. As you work on making fresh guacamole and pico de gallo, Chef Mario will explain the difference and proper uses of both corn and flour tortillas. You will end by enjoying a classic Spanish dessert of homemade churros.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He has a reputation for being wonderfully outgoing, creative, and sociable, which has helped him become a successful founder of a catering business, and as a managing partner of an upscale café. Chef Mario, who has Italian and Middle Eastern roots, specializes in both cuisines.
