Cooking Class - Handmade Mediterranean
Join Chef Ziva on a journey through Mediterranean cuisine in this hands-on culinary experience. Chef Ziva will teach you how to elegantly blend sweet and savory spices to create the full, refreshing, vibrant flavors reminiscent of the region.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating include shakshuka, which consists of perfectly poached eggs in a spiced stew of tomatoes and fresh pepper, as well as authentic, creamy hummus with fresh warm pita bread. You will finish with fruity, flavorful dessert rolled into a beautiful rose puff pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
