Learn the fundamentals of plant-based pasta from scratch in this hands-on pasta-making experience.
In this hands-on class with Chef Scheherezade, you will learn how to make eggless pasta dough from scratch and then roll out and cut your own homemade pasta!
Fresh pasta is a delight that you can easily recreate in your own home using simple, rustic techniques, such as hand kneading and rolling, so that you are able to literally get a feel for what a good pasta dough should feel and taste like. You will also make your own fresh sauces and flavorful fillings to accompany your fresh pasta dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
