Cooking Class - Fermentation, Pickles and Preserves

Learn how to preserve anything and have fun doing it in this hands-on culinary experience.

In this hands-on class, Chef Scheherazade will show you some of her favorite fermenting and preserving recipes that are easy, incredible, and are always crowd pleasers.

Not only do these add a special touch to a wide variety of dishes, they make neat gifts and are a great way to use up an overabundance of seasonal fruits and vegetables you can't bear to waste. At the end of class, you will even get to take home five jars of your very own pickles and preserves to enjoy and share.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
