In this hands-on class, Chef Todd has prepared a three-course menu for you to create focusing on the layering of dichotomous flavors.
You will begin with field greens and local avocado dressed with California orange vinaigrette and crunchy roasted sunflower seeds. For the main course, a warm bowl of vegetarian black bean chili that includes roasted corn served and white cheddar corn bread with a kick. You will end with a twist that returns sweet and savory to the palate with a freshly brewed espresso shot and dark chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
