WHAT YOU’LL DO
Chef Patsy invites you to come and enjoy the ultimate restaurant-quality steakhouse dinner staples.
In this hands-on class, Chef Patsy will teach you everything you need to know for an impressive and elegant steakhouse dinner at home.
The class will begin with a cheese and fruit platter prepared by Chef Patsy. Then, you will begin by learning the skills to create a classic steakhouse Caesar salad. Next, you will learn how to properly prepare the steak along with the techniques to whip up a luxurious batch of truffle mashed potatoes. For dessert, espresso drinks will be served to complement a decadent chocolate lava cake.
