In this hands-on class, Chef Ruth provides you with an exciting introductory course to Italian cuisine. Chef Ruth will teach on the different regions of Italy as you work your way through an impressive three-course menu.
You will begin class by preparing creamy lasagna dip with fresh garlic crostini. Next up on the menu is a classic Italian pasta entrée featuring spaghetti carbonara peppered with chicken. For dessert, you will learn the techniques needed to prepare a silky smooth buttermilk riesling panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
