Delight in a playful menu of Korean classics, made from scratch with your own hands in this splendid cooking class. A trio of savory and sweet dishes showcases the diversity of flavors in this street-food-famous cuisine.
Start off by crafting pillowy soft pork mandu dumplings drizzled with a spicy gochujang sauce. For the main course, roll a colorful beef bulgogi with homemade kimchi and a sweet egg wrap that resembles a Japanese sushi roll but bursts with bold flavor. For dessert, prepare a tender, miniature bundt cake with a seasonal fruit sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
