The Chesapeake Bay is known for its unique combination of delicious seafood and charming Southern hospitality. Chef Kenny captures both of these in this hands-on class for you to enjoy.
You will hone knife skills as you prepare three different types of Maryland crabs — the most famous being the Maryland blue crab. You will get to savor its sweet ocean flavor and learn how its remarkable versatility makes it one of the most prized crabs in the world. You will end class with the Southern charm of fresh key lime pie.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kenny was wonderful! We had a cooking class with several appetizers - each one had unique flavors and preparation. He was fun, detailed, and provided a great experience from beginning to end.
