In this hands-on class, you will work your way through a menu of five tapas dishes to be prepared and enjoyed among good company. Chef Benny will teach you the techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles to bring out the best in any tapas night.
Chef Benny will help you hone your seafood preparation skills by creating a fresh ceviche tapa, shrimp salad, and a salmon tapa with a tender, flakey brioche crust. Tartare will also make an appearance at the party while sweet chocolate fondant caps off the night.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
