In this hands-on class, Chef Lorenzo teaches you all about traditional Tuscan fare. You will explore both the techniques and the ingredients that have marked this style of cuisine as some of the best in the world.
To begin the class, you will learn how to make homemade Tuscan cannelloni from scratch with a mouthwatering spinach and ricotta filling. Then, you will learn how to draw out the sweet succulence and flakey flesh of branzino, and serve it with spinach and an authentic and homemade fragrant and flavorful livornese sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
