Explore the culinary traditions of the Italian region of Tuscany known for it's timeless cuisine.
In this hands-on class, Chef Lorenzo teaches you all about traditional Tuscan fare. You will explore both the techniques and the ingredients that have marked this style of cuisine as some of the best in the world.
To begin the class, you will learn how to make homemade Tuscan cannelloni from scratch with a mouthwatering spinach and ricotta filling. Then, you will learn how to draw out the sweet succulence and flakey flesh of branzino, and serve it with spinach and an authentic and homemade fragrant and flavorful livornese sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lorenzo's food was great, very lively, fresh and flavorful. The four dishes were great! The burrata was fresh and delicious; the truffle oil from the meatballs on purée was the perfect amount to bring all the flavors together.

Meet your chef
Chef Lorenzo, a Florence native with a great deal of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, came to Miami to share his interpretations of Italian cuisine. To share his passion with as many people as possible, Chef Lorenzo opened a gourmet food truck, which was named Best Food Truck Miami 2014. His other accolades include appearances on the Cooking Channel and studying at ALMA, La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana.
