In this hands-on class, Chef Ayesha will guide you through the preparation of a succulent, five-course, seafood-centric menu. She will focus on teaching you the tips and techniques of Indian cooking that you will even be able to use for everyday cooking.
You will begin the class with an introduction to staple Indian spices and their health benefits. Then, using the finest quality organic ingredients, herbs, and spices with no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, or hydrogenated fats, you will prepare and enjoy your meal al fresco.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
