In this hands-on class, Chef Ayesha guides you through preparing a four-course no carb, protein-packed meal. She will teach tips and techniques of Indian cooking that can be adapted to suit any style of cuisine. All of her recipes promise to be healthy, delicious, and simple.
You will begin with an introductory course on Indian spices and their health benefits. Then, using the finest quality organic ingredients, herbs, and spices with no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, or hydrogenated fats, you will prepare and enjoy your meal al fresco.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
