In this hands-on class, Chef Kenny stresses the importance of cooking with the seasons. He will teach you how to use seasonal ingredients to create simple meals that celebrate the best of what each season has to offer using his original three-course classically American menu.
Chef Kenny's seasonal menu featured in this class includes learning all about broth brewing, breading techniques, vinaigrette and sauce making, and pickling. For the main event, you will learn the fundamentals of preparing a rack of lamb that is elegant, impressive, and downright delicious.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
