Cooking Class - Mediterranean Californian Fusion
In this hands-on class, Chef Ziva takes some of the recipes and techniques from her Mediterranean heritage and puts a little California twist on them.
Chef Ziva will teach you how to elegantly blend sweet and savory to make Moroccan chicken tagine with apricot and cinnamon to balance the savory saffron, garlic, fresh herbs, and juicy, tender chicken. In addition, the soft coconut-infused basmati rice and the sourness of fresh cabbage salad will embrace your heart in a way that will take you directly to the streets of Casablanca.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
