In this hands-on class, Chef Shalia proves that a gluten-free diet does not have to be a hinderance, but instead an opportunity to get creative in the kitchen with fresh flavors.
Chef Shalia's gluten-free three-course menu is designed for those who want to eat healthy, but also don't want to miss out on any of the flavor or satisfying carbs! To start, you will craft a divine salad to make way for a roasted salmon entree with all the fixings. Finish the class on a sweet note with seasonal berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
After earning a Bachelor’s degree and traveling the world as a flight attendant, Chef Shalia enrolled in culinary school to follow her dreams. She has gained experience in many roles in the kitchen — from line cook to sous chef — learning the ins-and-outs of cooking from multiple roles and angles. She is passionate about giving back to others through cooking and does just that in her fun and interactive classes.
