In this hands-on class, Chef Shalia proves that a gluten-free diet does not have to be a hinderance, but instead an opportunity to get creative in the kitchen with fresh flavors.
Chef Shalia's gluten-free three-course menu is designed for those who want to eat healthy, but also don't want to miss out on any of the flavor or satisfying carbs! To start, you will craft a divine salad to make way for a roasted salmon entree with all the fixings. Finish the class on a sweet note with seasonal berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
