Cooking Class - Southwestern Tapas

In this hands-on class, Chef Shalia will guide you through the preparation of a three-course Southwestern tapas menu. Once you master the basic techniques, you are sure to find yourself impressing your friends and family at get togethers and even incorporating these dishes into your weekly dinner routine.

First, you will get the party started with a sassy tequila lime shrimp dish. Then, an authentic, simple, and healthy chile relleno will join the party. Lastly, you will learn shrimp another way, exemplifying pure Southwestern flavor and keen sense of balance.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
