In this hands-on class, Chef Rodney brings a sampling of staple Asian dishes to the table. His four-course menu gives you the opportunity to try your hand at the fundamental skills and basic techniques needed to bring any type of Asian cuisine to life.
You will begin by learning how to pack huge flavor into tiny packages with shrimp potstickers. Next, a highly addictive dish of kung pao chicken and broccoli, and a simple, yet flavorful vegetable fried rice. For the finale, a beautifully dramatic rice pudding with candied fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
