Wield your knife with care as you try your hand at creating these Japanese recipes.
In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to steam bao buns of your own and fry chicken in a Japanese style, as well as preparing other stunning dishes. Bring home your new skills to impress your friends and family.
Chef Jarrett will guide you through the design of a spicy garlic cucumber salad, followed by the signature chicken karaage bao bun experience. Next, you'll prepare miso-roasted eggplant with scallion and sesame, and handcraft delightful earthy green tea mochi for dessert.
