Team Building - French for Beginners
Chef David introduces you and your team to a few fun French classics laced with an air of California sensibility. Chef David includes both local and seasonal produce in every dish so you and your colleagues can learn how to infuse traditional French dishes with new life.
As you work together to master the basic skills and techniques necessary to prepare your meal, you will learn how to craft a salad that is almost to beautiful to eat, short ribs to savor, and a classically decadent chocolate pot de creme.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
