Chef Romi teaches you how to be an all-around better baker in this sweet class.
In this hands-on class, you will be learning, discussing, and practicing all the fundamental techniques that will help you to be a better baker. With Chef Romi, you will learn different baking methods as well as take a peek at some of the science involved in turning dough and raw ingredients into tender pastries and delicious baked goods.
To begin, you'll learn how to make a classic vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream necessary to properly celebrate any birthday. Lastly, a refreshing fruit pie with seasonal fruits, and warm and gooey brookies — a brownie and cookie combination.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I really enjoyed Chef Romi's class "Introduction to Baking Sweets". Everything was explained really well, the classes were very hands-on, and most importantly, what we made was delicious! We will definitely be making future bookings with Chef Romi.

After accumulating over 15 years of experience as an educator and culinary maven, Chef Romi decided to pursue a baking and pastry degree in Argentina. Today, Chef Romi is the teacher and founder of a baking school that fosters creativity and independence. She is passionate about sharing her skills and culinary knowledge, and being a part of a community that empowers others to cook at home.
