This hands-on class with Chef Romi is the perfect introduction to the basics of bread making. Each bread on the menu will focus on developing a different skill, all of which are needed to knead the perfect bread and achieve that idyllic fluffiness.
Chef Romi's white crusty breakfast bread simply using flour, water, salt, and yeast will start the class. Then, you will begin adding more flavors and components, including whole wheat, chia, flax, and sunflower seeds. Lastly, you'll learn the different techniques needed to make bagels and bread sticks.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
