Meet your chef
I have worked as an R&D Chef and food scientist for more than 10 years, but I find true joy in creating fine gourmet meals. I received a certificate in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, and complemented my formal education with a culinary tour of Morocco and Europe. On top of my French training, I studied in Bologna, Italy, and incorporate my research experience with an Asian flavor company to create my own style of globally-influenced cooking.
