Meet your chef
When it comes to food passion, Chef Jace has it. He graduated high school at age 16 and was the youngest person to be accepted into the Louisiana Culinary Institute. Chef Jace has done it all, from working in food trucks to five-star restaurants — even holding the title of culinary chef assistant at Walt Disney World Resort. He specializes in Cajun and Southern-style cuisine, and continues to be very passionate about cooking.
