Join Chef Yapo on a culinary adventure full of grilling. The chef follows a philosophy of local and organic food sources first, which you will find add immensely to your flavorsome plate.

Learn how to grill just about anything perfectly with Chef Yapo. From chicken to steak, vegetables and even fruit, you will become a master at the craft of grilling. Go home with newfound skills like a true pit master, and even get your own recipe packet to take home, where you will continue using the grilling skills you have learned.

Chef Yapo was a such an energetic and informative chef who was very patient with all of us family of five! We had a really enjoyable time learning about how to make gnocchi and gnudi and the food turned out awesome! It was a really great experience and my whole family really enjoyed it!
