Cucina Migrante is a new concept of private chef services that works exclusively with local farms and farmers to bring you 100% fresh and locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Our food is influenced by the Mediterranean diet, one of the healthiest in the world. All our desserts are made with coconut sugar, local honey, and the best ingredients in the market.
In this class, you will learn how to make some Italian classic desserts plus our signature vegan and gluten free raw cake. Chef Francesco and Adisa will teach you how to impress your partner, guests or family with these simple and mouthwatering desserts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
 Homemade Panna Cotta (organic whipped cream, agar, organic coconut sugar, vanilla extract) with berry sauce and or chocolate sauce Gluten Free
 Raw Vegan Chocolate Cake with berries (a concoction of incredible organic ingredients) Gluten Free
 Homemade Tiramisu (Savoiardi dipped in espresso coffee, rum (optional), mousse of Mascarpone, cocoa powder)

Growing up in Italy, Chef Francesco’s life has always revolved around cooking. He’s been playing in the kitchen since he can remember, inventing new dishes and learning from his grandparents. He was able to gain a knowledge of seasonal, fresh food as well as fashion his strong belief that food is the ultimate human connector. His imaginative, interactive cooking classes are designed to craft memorable food experiences evoking unforgettable emotions and creating strong memories.
