In this dessert-focused cooking class, you'll learn the foundational techniques behind three classic sweet treats. Chef Rachel will guide you while balancing delicate flavors to enhance silky panna cotta, smooth crème brûlée and creamy mini cheesecakes.
While building confidence in your basic pastry skills, you will also practice incorporating fresh, floral aromas and flavors such as rosewater and lavender to add a special touch to these traditional desserts. The individually portioned sweets allow you to easily return to these recipes whether you're making dessert for two or 20.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rachel did an excellent job preparing and serving a delicious vegan meal for my wife and me. She showed up on time, was very pleasant and engaging, despite some occasional child and puppy chaos in our home. Wonderful experience, we highly recommend her!
