Cooking Class - Crash Course in Curry
In this Indian and Pakistani cooking class, you'll learn everything you need to know about curries, including valuable shortcuts that you won't find in any recipe book.
Chef Sara will teach you to prepare your choice of either creamy tikka masala or Pakistani karahi chicken curry and one vegetarian curry. To serve alongside your curries, you'll prepare aromatic pulao rice and doughy homemade naan. The class is completely hands-on, so you'll be able to smell, feel and taste the whole process. Spice levels can be adjusted to personal preference.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
