In this hands-on class, you will join Chef Terry as he teaches you how to release some incredibly outstanding flavors from the most simple of ingredients with easy-to-master grilling techniques.
Begin your three-course grill master apprenticeship with zingy salad topped with an intensely flavorful grilled pastrami-style flank stank. Next, learn how to call forth the smoky flavors of eggplant for a terrifically tender caponata with grilled flatbread. End by learning how to fuse fresh, smoky, and spicy in charred tomato salsa to dress a crispy cumin and chili chicken taco.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
