Chef David pulls out all the stops in this hands-on class tailored to beginner chefs.
Have you always wanted to be able to work your kitchen with the ease of Julia Child or Mario Batali? Chef David will show you how in this hands-on class emphasizing basic cooking skills and techniques that are the foundation of all great chefs.
You will hone fundamental knife skills, learn basic nomenclature, dicing techniques, pantry essentials, mother sauces, must-have kitchen equipment, and more. Once you’ve got the basics down, you will put your new culinary skills to the test creating a delicious meal using various techniques and flavor profiles.

Chef David is great chef! All of his dishes were delicious. He was very personable and made the experience laid back and fun. I especially loved the Pumpkin Gnocchi dish, which was topped with fresh sage. It was the perfect winter dish!
