Cooking Class - A Night at the French Bistro
Chef Lisa's incredible opportunity to work in the culinary scene in France, left her with one lasting impression: the French know food because they truly love food.
In this class, you will become a French chef, as you discover how much you enjoy the meals that are from this enchanting country. Prepare a featured dish of the day, known as Plats du Jour, just as a traditional French bistro would serve. Learn how to balance your plate perfectly with something sweet, salty, bitter, and pungent. Then, sit back and admire!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
