Learn how to create a fusion of trendy and classic seafood dishes with Chef Robin
Chef Robin’s extensive exposure to seafood cuisine has been cultivating for many years. Join her as she shares some of the secrets she's picked up along the way in this class inspired by the sea.
You will start with shrimp skewers infused with hot and sweet chile flavor that will rival your favorite take out place, then move on to another sea favorite: crab cakes served with a fresh herb salsa. Next, Chef Robin will introduce you to a colorful saute of summer garden vegetables and creamy goat cheese. Finish the evening with fresh peach custard pie and sweet brown sugar ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wow- Where do I start with my time with Chef Robin. Chef Robin was SPECTACULAR! I decided to use Chef Robin for a Christmas gift and it turned out to be an unbelievable gift! Chef Robin was on-time, polite, and extremely professional throughout our experience. She went above and beyond our expectations and her food was outstanding! Her food was fun, simple, yet extremely creative that included tons of delicious flavor! We will definitely be using Chef Robin in the future for other catering/dinner parties/ private chef lessons. I would highly recommend Chef Robin to anyone who is looking for an unbelievable & fun personal chef experience!
After a two-decade career in advertising, Chef Robin changed course to follow her dreams and attend culinary school. She has since owned a private dining business and ran the culinary program at Sur La Table. This is in addition to her 10-plus years of experience teaching highly regarded, hands-on cooking classes. Most of all, Chef Robin loves sharing her approach to food and cooking: simple preparations, seasonal ingredients, and global flavors.
