Pair together Spanish and Latin American ingredients into dishes that are aromatic and taste as beautiful as they look. Start with chicken and vegetable empanadas with a homemade romanesca sauce. Short rib tacos are savory and divine, especially when made with classic ingredients from Latin America and Spain. Paella is a traditional Spanish dish, but prepare it with a hint of Latin America for enchanting taste. End with heavenly churros!
