Cooking Class - Spanish and Latin American Flavors
Join Chef Titik in this hands-on cooking class for an incredible journey to two regions with undoubtedly some of the most amazing flavor profiles in the world.
In this class, you'll blend Spanish and Latin American ingredients, starting with chicken and vegetable empanadas and homemade romesco sauce. Next, cook up short rib tacos paired with fresh salsa and guacamole, and authentic paella peppered with a variety of seafood. For dessert, Chef Titik will show you how to expertly fry churros, which you'll pair with an assortment of toppings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
