In this class, learn a host of cooking skills and techniques from Chef Curt while enjoying a delectable array of Spanish classics. You'll become familiar with basic knife skills, proper rice preparation for Spanish cuisine, and the essentials of preparing fresh seafood.
Chef Curt’s traditional Spanish menu aptly begins with tapas featuring a traditional tortilla de patata enhanced with a homemade aioli. Then, move on to a gorgeously impressive paella that pulls out all the stops with chorizo, a variety of vegetables, succulent, tender chicken, and fresh seafood.

Curt is not your typical boring chef instructor like many of them are on TV. We had a couples night in our home, and not only was it educational, but it was fun. While Curt is serious about his craft, he also keeps the mood fun, and friendly. Tasty food!!!
