Over the years, Sonoma County has gained a tremendous reputation for food. Chef Robin has harnessed the essence of Sonoma’s seasonal cuisine and is bringing it to you!
Celebrate seasonal Sonoma flavors with a menu of simple preparations that allows each exquisite ingredient to shine. You'll learn how to prepare savory grilled flatbread appetizer with toppings like sweet corn and pepita pesto, then grill a succulent tri tip steak that will be accented by gorgonzola butter. Cap the night off with a refreshing sorbet featuring blackberries, basil and zinfandel and topped with freshly made whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
