Really enjoyed my experience cooking at David’s class. Went with my partner and had a great time learning cutting/cooking techniques. Cooked a delicious three course meal: bruschetta, Brussels sprouts salad, Chorizo paella, and almond cake. After cooking, we all sat down at a big table to eat with other class participants; family style. Had a great time talking to others and getting to know each other. It was comfy, intimate, and cozy, exactly what you would expect from a cooking class. David was personable and charming, what a great teacher. Thanks for a wonderful class.

Chef David was awesome! We had lots of fun and really enjoyed the recipes and what we learned in class. Would definitely recommend and do another class ourselves!
