Chef David is ready to help you explore the art of preparing a classic coq au vin. You'll develop the skills to prep, combine and whip creamy pomme purée, as well as perfectly blanche and sauté green beans almondine. Learn how to poach eggs for a fresh frisée and lardon salad, and end the meal with flakey palmiers.

Chef David also has experience as a private chef and has spent time working in the kitchen of one of Chicago’s most famous restaurants under a James Beard award-winning chef.

Chef David was awesome! We learned so many new skills in the kitchen like how to properly hold a knife, tips on how to keep your cutting board from slipping, how to properly zest, and so many other little tips & tricks. The food we cooked was fire and we will definitely be keeping these recipes for future dinners!
