With Chef Joseph’s guidance, you can try your hand at creating a starter of arugula combined with delectable pork belly, fresh melons and toasted almonds that give it a one of a kind taste, topped with creamy goat cheese. From there, Chef Joseph will show you how to prepare a New York strip steak cooked to perfection, while you learn how to whip up a scrumptious peppercorn cream sauce. To end your meal, there is nothing quite like a fresh and quickly frozen fruit puree.
