Chef Naomi’s impressive culinary experience makes her more than prepared to take you on a journey to culinary Vietnam. She will introduce you to the proper knife techniques needed to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Learn valuable skills as Chef Naomi guides you in creating authentic Vietnamese dishes that are light and refreshing. Chef Naomi will demonstrate the technique of rolling rice paper for spring rolls. As you roll one yourself, you will also fill it with delectable ingredients such as fresh herbs and crispy tofu. Chef Naomi will even show you how to easily whip up a creamy peanut butter dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring or provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
