Join Chef Naomi on an impressive culinary journey to Italy. Drawing upon her vast expertise in all things Italian, she will show you how to create a traditional plate of classic rustic fare.
Rustic Italian cuisine is meant to be gorgeous to look at and will warm you up with the taste of fresh and classic ingredients. Chef Naomi will show you how easy it can be to make an enchanting dish that consists of authentic Italian fare, such as an appetizer of mouthwatering caprese salad, gratifying risotto that is simple to prepare once you learn the proper techniques, and of course, a classic, yet absolutely scrumptious, Italian dessert. It can be easier than you imagine when Chef Naomi leads the way.

Chef Naomi was friendly, fun, and a wonderful teacher. I bought this class as a gift for my mother, who is vegan. (I'm very not vegan) I didn't expect much from vegan sushi, but I couldn't have been more wrong . Naomi guided us in making absolutely delicious sushi, miso soup, and quick pickled veggies. I'm an avowed meat eater and sushi lover, so you better believe it was great! Mom said this was the best birthday present I've given her. Thanks Naomi! We'll be back!

Chef Naomi first developed a passion for cooking through innovative cuisines filling the streets of San Francisco, and refined her zeal for health-supportive cooking and plant-based nutrition in the Natural Epicurean Professional Chef Training Program. Chef Naomi has since gained extensive experience in such cooking methods, as well as traditional cuisines, and enjoys creating healthy versions of comfort foods. Her ultimate aim is to improve individual and community health through cooking.
