In this vegetarian cooking class, Chef Stephanie will show you how to turn some of her favorite whole grains into three spectacular dishes. Starting with beautiful bulgar and ending with classic quinoa, she'll teach you how to transform these grains into glorious dishes.
Each dish highlights a different whole grain and is totally flavorful and satisfying. You'll leave the class with three new amazingly wholesome and wholly delicious recipes that will leave you feeling satiated all day long!

Chef Stephanie's vegetarian cuisine is outstanding. She even customized the menu to accommodate a vegan option. In her class, we made a flavorful vegan jackfruit 'BBQ pork' sandwich with creamy slaw and pickle. It was hard to tell this dish was even meatless! It had such great flavor. The kale and brussels sprout salad with toasted hazelnuts, panko bread crumbs, topped with a lemon vinaigrette and edible flowers was one of the most unique salads I had ever eaten. I can't wait to make this at home. I learned so much throughout the class. Chef Stephanie explained everything in wonderful detail, her class was very hands on and she even took the time to teach us knife skills and new cooking techniques throughout the class. I had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend Cozymeal for the perfect date night or a unique evening out!

Chef Stephanie was amazing! The food was all fabulous and she herself was personable, fun and full of very helpful tips that will come in handy for everyday cooking. I wish I could hire her to cook for my family on a regular basis. I would definitely take another class with her or hire her to cater an event for me.
