Really fun class on making pasta! I loved learning more about the history of the food we were cooking, and the excellent puns.

My husband and I learned how to make pasta and gnocchi from scratch from Chef Sarah. It was such a fun learning experience! I highly recommend her classes for the tactile learning of how pasta dough should feel and look when making it. Chef Sarah is highly knowledgeable and shares many useful kitchen knowledge nuggets along the way. Definitely want to take more classes with her in the future!

She's very knowledgeable and has lots of tips for cooking and/or making a prep process easier, safer or quicker. We made potato gnocchi, bowtie pasta, and sausage tomatoes and spinach sauce for the bow tie pasta. Also a caramelized red onion for bruschetta appetizer. All was delicious. Bruschetta would be even better with a cheese which was also suggested by Sarah. Very nice evening. Only negative is that we didn't eat until 8:45pm which is a bit late for me and I was starving by then (I usually eat by 7pm). I'd prefer class that started a bit earlier--maybe 5pm instead of 6pm.
