Does the thought of making maki rolls and nigiri at home excite you? What about the secrets to a beautiful flan? Chef Andy makes it all fun and easy to learn! Full of energy as well as knowledgeable about food--this young chef will teach you how to turn an ordinary strawberry into a cool rose for garnishes, and even educate you on edible flowers and fresh herbs [he actually grows them at home!]. If you're looking for a fun evening, you don't want to miss this class.

Chef Andy's sushi making class exceeded expectations. I've only attempted to make sushi one other time early on in the pandemic to develop new hobbies/skills and failed. Knowing what I know now from Chef Andy (and Chef Emily), I'm ready to give it another shot! Chef taught us basic knife handling skills, tested our palates, and, of course, how to make a simply delicous maki roll. Early on in our class, it was evident to us that Chef Andy is really dedicated to his craft; which was nothing short of passionate and made the entire experience immersive and all the more enjoyable. Chef's apartment provided all of us with plenty of room and the atmosphere was most comforting. Thank you for teaching us what to look for when we order sushi at restaurants, how to tell what sushi grade fish is, and for recommending the types of knives to buy without breaking the bank. We certainly look forward to signing up for future classes to dive into other cuisines. Thank you for everything!
