Forego the traditional notion of a brunch composed of Bloody Marys and pancakes and instead pick up some new cooking chops and treat your friends to a bold new take on a theme. Chef Nick has assembled an enticing menu that will bring your brunch into full swing with tasteful delights that will satisfy even the most discriminating of palates. You’ll delve into each course hands-on and then partake in the enjoyment that comes with savoring the fruits of your efforts.
Your experience begins with a delicious fruit salad topped with a silky brandy dressing before continuing with a sumptuous quiche with fresh goat cheese and onions. French toast with irresistible cream cheese and smooth bourbon maple syrup sauce is the next dish you will create, followed by luscious shrimp and grits with cheese and tempting vodka sauce and bacon.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
