Chef Melissa introduces guests to some simple, flavorful Italian dishes in this fun, hands-on class. Using Italian flavors, professional techniques and healthy ingredients, Chef Melissa will teach you four delicious courses of Italian-inspired cuisine.
Guests will learn how to make roasted peppers with garlic, mushroom and pea risotto and grilled zucchini. For dessert, learn how to make home-made Nutella for a strawberry and banana fondue.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
