Discover vibrant Peruvian cuisine in this lesson focused on ceviche and lomo saltado.

In this cooking class, you will master the vibrant flavors of Peru while having fun in the kitchen. Get ready to chop, stir and taste your way to culinary success! 

 

You'll create a refreshing sea bass ceviche brightened by zesty leche de tigre, savor lomo saltado, and end on a sweet note with arroz con leche. You will learn essential skills like marinating, wok-searing and sauce-making, all while enjoying the hands-on experience of cooking with fresh ingredients. Book your spot today.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Your Menu

Sea Bass Ceviche
With sea bass, leche de tigre, red onion, cilantro, crispy corn and glazed sweet potato
Lomo Saltado
With skirt steak, tomatoes, red onions, soy reduction and white rice
Papa a la Huancaína
Potatoes in ají amarillo and queso fresco sauce
With boiled potatoes, ají amarillo, queso fresco, botija olives and hard-boiled egg
Arroz con Leche
Peruvian rice pudding
With rice, cinnamon and cloves
Lomo Saltado
With traditional wok-seared skirt steak, tomatoes, and red onions with a soy- reduction, served over long-grain white rice.
