Cooking Class - Intro to Sushi Rice and Rolls

Learn how to make the perfect sushi rice, spicy mayo and three different rolls.

Chef Nikki is your guide to making expert sushi rolls at home! Learn the ins and outs of crafting sushi from making the perfect rice to handling fish and making inventive, flavorful rolls.

Guests will learn how to make professional sushi rice, the foundation of any great sushi. Chef Nikki will teach guests the recipes for spicy mayo and three diverse rolls. You'll learn how to make an inside-out cajun crab roll, a Philadelphia roll and tempura shrimp roll. Once you've taken this class, you'll have all the tools you need to start making sushi in your own home kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
