Master comforting French home cooking with professional Chef Nikki.
If you'd like to enjoy French cooking at home and learn how to master some French recipes to share with family and friends, this is the class for you! Chef Nikki teaches this engaging beginner's course in French country cooking.

Guests will savor four elegant and simple courses of French cooking in this class. Chef Nikki will teach you the recipes and French techniques for smoked salmon crepes with chive truffle béchamel, chicken Basquaise, and white bean and fennel cassoulet. For dessert, guests will make and enjoy a beautiful pear tart tatin.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
