Cooking Class - A Taste of the Mediterranean
Join Chef Lamour for this interactive class on Mediterranean cooking. Chef Lamour's passion for this cuisine shines through in her upscale, four-course menu of recipes.
Learn how to make and serve a proper mezze starter, including hummus, muhammara and a cool yogurt and cucumber spread. Then, learn how to make juicy Lebanese sausages infused with marinated fennel and blood oranges, and an earthy Cornish hen tagine served with currant and toasted almond couscous. For dessert, enjoy a chocolate spanakopita with cinnamon créme.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
