Give your kid a full week of baking practice in this cooking series.

Encourage creativity and confidence in this fun cooking series in Carlsbad (San Diego) for young bakers. Over five days, kids will explore a variety of baking projects, from pizza pinwheels and stuffed cheesy shells to fruit galettes and oatmeal sandwich pies. Guided by Chef Michael or a resident chef, each session focuses on hands-on learning and age-appropriate skills. This was a great class. 6 students learned 3 different pastry bakes. So many unknown baking lessons. Mary, the chef, was wonderful. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. I would definitely take another class from her.

We cooked Tuscan garlic shrimp and cannoli from scratch. The chef's were great, everybody had fun, and the food turned out awesome.
